5 star property
The best way to describe it is a 5-star hotel with the space and comfort of your own home. As an ex hotel manager my standards are high but I was blown away by the standard and quality of the furniture and equipment of this house. Down to the fluffy white towels and shampoos in all the bathrooms to the spare baby equipment if we needed it. This house has everything and more. The pool was lovely and warm when we arrived and there were explanations on how to use everything and codes for wifi. I could not fault a single thing. They even had a great selection of games for the Playstation. After saying that, it was hard to get the kids out of the games room. Definitely the best house we have stayed in in Orlando and we will definitely be back. Thank you Joni and I look forward to speaking to you next year.

We chose and booked the Haven at Windsor Hills based on how close it was to the Disney Parks and the facilities offered on the resort. We were not disappointed. On arrival at the villa our expectations were exceeded, I dont believe the photgraphs on the website do the home justice, it was far larger than we anticipated which was great for a family of 8. All of the bedrooms are furnished well with their own bathrooms which allows privacy for everybody. The kitchen was well equipped and had recently been upgraded (not that we cooked much just prepared breakfasts). The pool even though it looks out onto the conservation area allowed you to enjoy the sun for the majority of the day and the shaded lanai and fans provide a lovely cool retreat from the hot sun if needed. Lots of privacy around the pool as you are not overlooked. After long long very hot days the villa was a lovely luxury to come home to. The games room was a huge hit with our teenagers who ran regular pool tournaments. The resort itself is very secure, cannot comment on the resort pool it looked lovely but as we had everything we needed at the villa our children chose to relax at the villa when we had free time. We did walk to the resort shop which was a few minute stroll away. We used the resort recommended taxi company on a few occassions who were professional and prompt. Lots of local restaurants to visit which we all enjoyed doing!! But after hectic days most local restaurants offer a takeaway service which we enjoyed relaxed sat around the lovely dining room table. Joni was amazing to deal with and always responded to my emails and questions promptly and in a friendly way. I would definately recommend this property – thanx again Joni for allowing us to enjoy your home xxx

We so enjoyed staying at The Haven. The house was beautiful and Very clean. We all had enough room to be completely comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone. The location was great. We weren’t far from a major hwy were there was eating places and grocery shopping everywhere. It was a gated community, I felt absolutely safe anywhere we went on the grounds. The owner were great to work with and were very prompt with return messages. Thank you

I highly recommend Windsor Hills property; truly a 5-start vacation home with amenities in the neighborhood. The home was very clean and the decor was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room, and the home was very convenient to the parks. The owner Joni was great to work with, and we really appreciate you opening up you home to us. Thanks and we will return!

Very Nice would recommend to family/friends
Let me start by saying that Joni was awesome to work with. Very prompt with communications and helpful. The house was a short walk away from the clubhouse and resort pool. The house was as pictured. It is a rental so the carpets are a bit worn but I felt like it had been cleaned adequately. The mattress were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with all that we needed during our stay. We only used the basement bedrooms so I guess I can’t speak for the upstairs. The pool heat—I don’t know much about pools but, the pool always felt cool. The TV in the living area was difficult to figure out, even my husband the TV guy took a while to figure it out. (Maybe a little note, would help non-tech people.) The putting green was just across the street and there were a few clubs for guests to use. It was something fun to keep our son busy for an afternoon. We felt very safe staying here and always enjoy our stay in Florida. We love a good soak in the hot tub after a long day out playing in parks, the resort pool closes and its nice not to be limited on our swim/soak time. Also, its nice to have a little elbow room after been packed into the parks…love the room to spread out in the house. We love our LEGOLAND visits.

My family stayed in April 20-27/16. This home is very well laid out and comfortable. The outside furniture is very nice and allowed us to be comfortable inside and out. The home is very clean and well appointed. There was nothing that we needed for. We have stayed at this area and this is by far the best home we have had to date. Joni was very responsive to our calls and emails with information and details. I plan to be back and look forward to a stay again. In short the best location and pricing- you will not go wrong with this rental.

The best way to describe it is a 5-star hotel with the space and comfort of your own home.
